A shining example, literally, of liquid gold, with accents of silvery sparks within. Ripe on the nose with pineapple, candied citrus, marzipan, and toasty hazelnut. Lush and vibrant at the same time on the palate, with zesty lemon drops and dried mangoes. The finish is creamy and persistent with a freshness of acidity gliding across layers of flavor. This ‘liquid sunshine’ Chardonnay is rich enough to serve with dry rub BBQ spatchcock chicken and corn on the cob.

It’s fascinating that Kukeri, an ancient Thracian ritual dating back 8,000 years that pays homage to Dionysus the wine deity, is still alive. This micro-production Chardonnay will surely please all with its ritualistic label and broad appeal.
