Wonderfully inviting and fresh aromatics present doughnut peach, apricot, tangerine, jasmine, and hints of cracked white pepper. Complimenting this lovely bouquet is a clean and bright palate with great length and exquisite balance. The wine has a round, supple palate which will gain richness over time in bottle and is supported by lively acid providing the framework for ageability. Aged for 10 months in 100% French oak neutral and once filled large format 400L puncheons and stainless steel tank.
Technical Information: Soil Types: Mocho Loam - this sandy, alluvial soil is ne-grained, fertile and deposited by water owing from the Santa Ynez River. Due to their sandy nature, there is little water retention in these soils which creates higher aromatics and density in the fruit.
