Young Ridge is a small private estate vineyard. It is located in the divine Napa Valley that produces a premium select Cabernet Sauvignon from within the hillside, ridge top, world renown Carneros Appellation.

Tasting

Garnet color with a hint of red terra-cotta at the edges. Savory roast beef dripping aroma with a hint of dry herbs such as sage, rosemary and marjoram. The wine has a bright, medium-bodied entry on the palate with dried herb and cherry flavors. Its finish is medium long with a pleasant lingering tone. This wine should be paired with hearty stews, roasts, prime rib, and pasta with red sauce.
