Mission Codename Knowledge is the treasure...
We’re going to let you in on a wine industry secret. Sometimes the most prestigious wineries sell off excess wine to wineries (like today’s!) that purchase the juice, bottle it, and sell it under their own label. We can’t tell you where today’s superior wine came from - but we can tell you that you are stealing it at today’s price!
Very fragrant on the nose, with white cherry, cherry blossom, pomegranate, raspberry, subtle dried mushroom, soft spice and a hint of toasty oak. Juicy and full on the palate, with Bing cherry, chocolate covered cherry, cherry bark, cedar plank, wild mushroom, kola nut, soft spice and soft oak.
We have a really good guess about who actually made this wonderful wine, but we’re not even allowed to tell you that! Once a spy has been sworn to secrecy, well, you know…
These Treasure Hunter wines are akin to buying an inexpensive box of Cracker Jack and finding a prize inside - but instead of a disappointing trinket, you find actual treasure! Treasure Hunter covertly buys wine from some of the world’s best producers and then makes them available at an insanely great price.
Very highly recommended!
