Mission Codename Presley & Thornton
Welcome to another Super Spy Sunday! Each Sunday we strive to bring you a higher-end luxury wine at a deeply discounted price.
Mission: Accomplished today, with our featured wine of the day, the delicious Tara Bella 2010 Russian River Valley Estate Grown Single-Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
Like most Russian River Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine shows off its cooler climate roots with aromas of young blackberry, young strawberry, fresh pepper, red currant, pomegranate, violet, dried leaves and cedar.
Bold, fresh and flavorful on the palate, with flavors of young blackberry, Alpine strawberry, red currant, cranberry, Bing cherry, baking spice, pepper, blackberry reduction, dried violet, cedar and summer forest floor.
Tara Bella Winery is a boutique, family-owned vineyard and winery in the Russian River Valley, in Sonoma County, California. The winery is just off of the county’s historic Olivet Road, where neighbors like De Loach, Pellegrini and Benovia (just to name a few) reside.
Tara Bella produces estate grown, handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon. Their wines aren’t found in stores or restaurants and are instead sold at the winery and to the winery’s wine club. Oh, and through our exclusive relationship, right here on Wine Spies.
Please enjoy this Russian River Valley expression of Cabernet, directly from the heart of the valley.
