Mission Codename All about that Zin
You may remember Bruce and his wines from his former Wine Guerrilla label. He became famous for his Wine Guerrilla Zins back then, and today he has a new label, the eponymous Bruce Patch Wines.
Today, we’re thrilled to be featuring one of his best, the delicious Bruce Patch Wines 2013 Carreras Ranch vineyard Dry Creek Valley Old Vine Zinfandel.
This wine is sweet and spicy, just like a Zin should be, with aromas of Bing cherry, blackberry jam, blueberry, dusty bramble, spice box, subtle leather and mild cracked pepper.
Flavors pour onto the palate, with black cherry, blackberry, cranberry, raspberry, dusty bramble, cherry candy, dried violet, red currant, cranberry and black pepper.
The finish is elegant an ultra long, making this wine intriguing and conversation-worthy.
Very highly recommended.

Red fruits, earth and iron on the nose. Big and full bodied with medium acidity. Raspberry compote, boysenberry and minerals on the palate.
