Mission Codename Carneros Pride
Today’s Acacia Vineyards 2012 ‘Cuvee 304’ Carneros Chardonnay serves as a shining example of the superb quality of Carneros fruit. This is an exciting and refined Chardonnay with a soft and elegant feel, inviting aromatics and beautiful flavors.
We are very picky about the wines that we show, especially when it comes to varietals that we seldom do show, like Chardonnay. Today’s fantastic white is the first wine we have featured from our good friends at Acacia Vineyards, and you can bet that it won’t be the last.
This wine delivers a delivers a balanced, exciting drinking experience.
The Carneros AVA (American Viticultural Area), a winegrowing region which straddles the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley, is revered for the quality Chardonnay. Growing conditions here closely mimic the conditions of the Burgundy region in France.
Acacia Vineyards, which was founded in 1979, boasts close to 150 acres under vine in the Carneros AVA. They grow spectacular Chardonnay in Carneros and source fruit for today’s wine solely from its own vineyards.
Enjoy this exceptional Carneros wine right now, or stash some away or for the upcoming holidays.
