Mission Codename The Right Track
Today’s Orchard Station Winery 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is another superb offering from David Cohen.
The last time we featured an Orchard Station wine, we sold out in short order. Today’s wine is available in limited quantity, so please don’t dally. This wine is roaring down the tracks!
Today’s wine was handcrafted by winemaker David Cohen, well known for producing wines under the Moondance Cellars label. He learned the craft of winemaking at cousin Bruce’s B. R. Cohn Winery, where he made some of the best vintages of B. R. Cohn’s wines. David’s mentors were winemakers Helen Turley and the late John Speed of St. Francis Winery.
Today’s Orchard Station Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, flavor-packed wine of superior quality. This wine is fresh and fragrant, with aromas of pineapple, lemon, pomelo, lime leaf, white flowers, white currant, white spice and a hint of flint.
This wine bursts with flavor. Bold pineapple, yellow grapefruit, dried white flower petals, lime, green apple, passion fruit and white peach.
If you love food friendly Sauv Blanc, please accept this wine with our very heartiest recommendation.
