A relatively moderate growing season with very few heat spikes helped to ripen our Zinfandel while still maintaining it’s bright Zinfandel dynamics.

Aromatics of blackberry, raspberry, clove and a hint of tobacco leaf emanate from the glass upon decanting. This is a bold and complex Zin, in part due to the addition of small percentages of both Petite Sirah and Mourvedre.

The Mourvedre adds to the labyrinth of aromas and the Petite Sirah extends bottle age potential for those who can hold and cellar for 5-8 years.
