2012 Topos Cabernet Sauvignon is the tale of two mountains; Spring Mountain and Mount Veeder AVA. It has a seductive nose of violets, plums, ripe cherry, anise, minerality and dry earth.

On the palate, notes of black currant, plums, baking spices, mocha, vanilla and a hint of blueberry. Well integrated, sturdy yet polished tannins, concentrated red and dark fruits dance and coat your palate with a long mouth watering cherry, cassis, dusty black currant and chocolate truffle finish.

A well-balanced and elegant wine. Enjoy it now (after decanting) or age gracefully 2015 – 2030.
