His Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah are great enough to take on $75 Napa Valley wines - and win. Today’s 2011 High Valley Petite Sirah has that profile down, but with a Euro-tuned muscle and spice that makes it soar beyond the Napa Valley.
