Mission Codename Poor Ridge
When Ridge Vineyards winery lost the Nervo Station Vineyard to Starry Night Winery, they must have been rather upset. Zinfandel from this vineyard has consistently garnered some of the highest praise from fans and the wine press alike.
Today marks the 4th time we have featured a new vintage of Starry’s flagship Nervo Station Zinfandel. This wine hails from a superb Alexander Valley Vineyard that formerly belonged to the world-famous Ridge Vineyards winery.
With each new vintage of this wine, winemaker Todd Graff, shows not just his skills, but also the further development of the Nervo Station vineyard. This vintage is youthful and ready to drink. It also shows great potential for the next few years.
