From harvest to crush to fermentation to bottling, acclaimed winemaker Rolando Herrera oversees the production of our fine wines. Over his 20+ year career as a winemaker, Rolando has worked with some of the most exciting wineries in California including 10 years at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, the last 7 years as Cellar Master, Assistant Winemaker at Chateau Potelle, Winemaker at Vine Cliff Winery, and Director of Winemaking at Paul Hobbs Consulting.

Rolando is the owner of Mi Sueño Winery. His wines have been honored in 2010 by being served on multiple occasions at the White House.
