Mission Codename High Atop
Why do we love Atlas Peak Wines so much? Because they always seem to craft killer wines like today’s 2007 Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon.
Rich, layered, and positively bursting with flavors, today’s wine was everything we hoped it would be. But be forewarned: today’s wine needs some serious time in a decanter. Once it does come to life, you’ll be greeted by clear high-elevation notes and one of the smoothest finishes around. The dark fruit and spice flavors lingered on our tongue for what seemed like minutes after we put our glass down.
If you like big Cabs, then please do yourself a favor and fill your cellar with today’s tasty treat. We guarantee it’s everything you could hope for.
