Today’s Monte Hiniesta 2010 Estate Tinta de Toro comes with quite the pedigree: 92 Points (Wine Advocate), 100% Organic, Old Vines (76-years-old). But the best part? We just couldn’t get enough of how delicious it was.

Our tasting panel was blown away by today’s wine, with quite a few members clamoring for a refill. And it’s not hard to see why. Produced from 100% Tinto de Toro, a clone of Tempranillo, today’s wine is driven by lush terroir notes, dark baking spices, tilled earth, and a subtle minerality.
