2005 Vintage The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon shows beautiful depth of color, and aromas of ripe, dark fruit with a touch of sweet vanilla. The wine offers deeper flavors of blueberry on the palate and echoes the lush fruit and vanilla bean essence brought forth by the nuances of French oak aging. This is a well-structured Cabernet with tannins that are soft and supple. 2006 Vintage The warm summer days of 2006, combined with cool evenings provided a perfect growing season for our Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. The concentrated, well ripened berries resulted in a dark red wine, with complex flavors of cassis, black currant and Bing cherries.

2007 Vintage The 2007 vintage aged in small French oak barrels for 30 months and another 24 months in the bottle. The result is a wine with an intense yet delicate nose, rich, satisfying mouth feel, a pleasant finish with just the right amount of tannin, and the promise of a long aging.
