Agent Red was able to get his hands on the last few remaining cases of today’s Topos Wines 2009 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, so please act fast!

Today’s wine is incredibly lush and flavorful, with layers of dark fruit over a distinct, and quite lovely, herbal component that was a refreshing change of pace during our latest tasting panel. This flavor profile makes it an excellent companion to a glazed, slightly sweet pork tenderloin. We created a red peppercorn glaze for ours and it couldn’t have been better.
