Mission Codename Wine, like life, is a journey...
Today’s Olabisi Wines 2008 Suisun Valley Petite Sirah is a major follow up to the best-selling 2007 that we featured in 2012. This wine is bold and very flavorful but it holds it all together in a package that really all about balance.
Fruit, earth and spice are all very well-integrated, and just the right amount of acidity and tannin work in harmony to give the wine extraordinary balance. Especially for a Petite Sirah.
This wine is ready to drink on opening, but we encourage you to either decant or swirl for a few minutes - and witness how it softens and opens up along the way. Enjoy with our most hearty recommendation.
