2009 Katarina Chardonnay, Sonoma County

Tasting Notes: Our current release Chardonnay appeals to anyone who enjoys a crisp, fresh, and citrus-driven white wine; even Sauvignon Blanc drinkers! The aromas in the glass reveal tropical fruit, bananas and a slight spicy character. The lingering finish, accompanied by spicy citrus, lime essence and flavors of new mown hay, makes this wine the perfect companion to poached fish or shellfish in cream sauce.
