Another extraordinary year with a sublime Cuvée Madame but at what price to pay! Grapes gathered in from select parcels at a mere 2 hectoliters per hectare! Four select picks occurred from October 11th through November 4th. This slow development of noble rot necessitated a ruthless selection process but the results were worth it.

This exceptional vintage represents the most accomplished expression of noble rot. Each grape is picked with extreme precautions, sorted with the greatest care and checked meticulously. Attentive care continues chai by the application of gentle and natural methods. The 1999 Cuvée Madame comes from a selection of a few berries per cluster.
