The inspiration for Remix Wines comes from selecting grape varieties and styles of the old world and “Remixing” them by using the soils and winemaking of America. The grapes are sourced from a wide selection of California vineyards with an emphasis on Old Vines and mineral expression of site. These Remixed versions of classic Bordeaux wines are meant to be a fun and drinkable take on those classics. Sommelier turned winemaker Willi Sherer turns his restaurant experience to make these food friendly wines.

The Right Bank of Bordeaux is the inspiration for our Old Vines Red with cool climate Merlot blended with Cabernet Franc and other Bordeaux grapes. This creates a super savory style with black plum, cassis, and sandalwood.
