Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from the Lolonis Vineyard, CCOF certified organically farmed, featuring the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines in America planted in 1942. Inspired by the dry, mineral, floral whites of Sancerre and Graves, this old vines California blend brings old-world flavor to new world grapes.
Partial skin maceration, barrel fermented in half stainless and neutral oak barrels, lees stirred. Dry, earthy, bold flavors of quince, persimmon, and Meyer lemon. Semillon adds flavors of lanolin and beeswax with a rocky mineral finish. Touch of creamy lees and vanilla oak on mid-palate.
