Exclusively made up of Premiers and Grands Crus from the Montagne de Reims area, Palmer & Co Vintage is a champagne of rare complexity that is also very seductive in its elegance.

Vintage 2012 is a champagne of rare complexity, with a delicate fruit-scented nose of pear and white peach, and slightly smoky aromas, with notes of spices (vanilla and cinnamon). The wine charms the palate with its notes of Panettone (hazel nuts, candied orange). It stands out for its fullness and excellent balance. Suave in character, and ending with a pronounced freshness. A great vintage with a high cellaring potential. Excellent as an aperitif. Paris well with finely sliced Bellota ham, smoked salmon, chicken and spring vegetable samosas, grilled red mullet, assorted cheese and red berry fruit zabaglione.
