The palate bursts wide open with red and stone fruits, set against a backdrop of refreshing acidity and silky tannins. Fascinatingly long on the finish too, with savory nuances peeking through an intense while seamless experience. Should certainly be appreciated on its own before enjoying it with charcuterie, and cheese. A formidable show of melding power and finesse into a singular entity!
