Straight-line performance, full throttle the entire way, and totally satisfying, with sweet red raspberry and strawberry jam, some exotic vanilla bean, a sprinkle of 5-spice, and fresh pie crust. All silky and soft and mouth-filling, BUT it has a beautiful vein of acidity too, so it does not come off all sticky and thick. Really, just a well-made, super crowd-pleaser.
