Campanas -meaning bells in Spanish- is the brand that rings. And it rings since the foundation of the appellation Navarra, because it was the first to elaborate rosé Navarra, the one that made this appellation famous.
The harvest is carried out between September and October, taking advantage of the freshness of the mornings to preserve the aromas and keep the grapes in perfect conditions. The proximity of the vineyards means that the grapes do not lose properties during transport, guaranteeing freshness. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel self-emptying tanks of 60,000 litres. The aging goes through a period of 24 months in French and American oak barrels and after about 24 months of aging in the bottle, it goes on sale in all its splendor.
The grape comes from 550 hectares selected from different areas of appellation Navarra. The care we take from them allows us to guarantee the consistency of style and quality year after year. The varieties that we use are Cabernet, Merlot and Tempranillo. The Tempranillo that slightly complements the reserva is of an average altitude and gives structure to the wine. The reserva includes a Cabernet and Merlot from Estella that gives the necessary body to be a wine to keep.
Garnet red color with red-brick reminiscent. Great intensity. Stands out for its black and ripe fruit, spices and toasted aromas. It is a well balanced and well structured wine, with a lasting aftertaste as a great reserve. Game, chicken curry, stews, risotto.
