The Scopone farm is located in Montalcino, on the road to Castelnuovo dell’Abate. The name Scopone is the original name of the property, which was so called by the locals because of the thick Scopi that populate its 20 hectares of forest. Newly built (started in 1996), the Cellars of the Scopone Agricultural Company were designed with the aim of integrating the most modern winemaking technologies and the wisdom and experience of the centuries-old Tuscan winemaking tradition.

The color is a beautiful ruby red with an aroma of sweet, ripe black cherries and dark fruits. The palate is round yet elegant with purple violet notes. Wine and food pairing, grilled steaks, braised meat, game; excellent with wild boar.
