This is the third Gran Reserva to be made by the Corral family in Navarrete village. Aged for at least 36 months in oak before bottling. A traditional blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo. Ruby garnet core and fading rim. Aromas evolve through a spectrum of sweet and savory, reminiscent of compote, dried fig, spice and leather. A rare, delicate, Gran Reserva. Allow the wine to stand upright for several hours. Carefully open at time of serving it is better not to decant Rioja of this age. Pour carefully as the bottle will contain sediments. Serve with slow-roasted meats, game, or rustic vegetable soups.
