Clos Martinet is the Priorat of the 1980s. The wine of those who believed in terroir and put all their efforts in taking care of the process and the shape… It is the wine of the previous generation. Different varieties from different orientations and locations. It goes through cement tanks, demijohns, French oak barrels, foudres and clay jars to understand its full complexity.

A deep, warm, tasty and elegant wine. The most classical and recognisable Priorat. Clos Martinet comes from the plots of the estate of Mas d’en Martinet, located in the wine area of the town of Gratallops. The land, which contains slate, and the different exposures of the vineyard give this wine the typicality of an estate every year. 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 4% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. In the course of years we have been adding more and more local varieties, we work with indigenous yeast slowly abandoning the ideas that motivated us at the beginning, the technical knowledge of the grapes and wine, in favor of a dialogue with nature to be able to express the Clos Martinet vineyard.
