From the heart of Sonoma County, these vines produce vivacious wine with lots of personality. The 2018 Hemar Vineyard Zinfandel is full of blackberry, sweet cherry, and smooth pepper that has a round mouthfeel and a nice long finish. There’s a hint of spice that leads to a nice long finish. The Hemar wine will pair well with carne asada steak still sizzling off the grill, and if you’re having dessert right after, go with chocolate lava cake.
