This Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot blend is the ultimate crowd-pleaser, thanks to its perennial vibrancy of fruit matched to a rich palate appeal. Brambly and packed with blackberry and cherry; rich, supple, and fresh. Lively and utterly charming, this Cabernet blend is well-rounded, with a surprising amount of weight that’s nevertheless balanced by agile acidity. It’s riotously black-fruited, but with plenty of herbaceous persistence lurking just under the surface, ready to make you pour another glass. For the last few years running, we’ve secured the same vineyard sources throughout Napa Valley’s hillside vineyards.

Individual vineyard blocks are de-stemmed separately into small stainless steel fermentation tanks and barrels. Grapes are cold-soaked before the must is warmed and the fermentation initiated. The wine is then aged in 100% new French oak for 15 months prior to being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
