100% Estate grown fruit from L’Aventure Vineyard, very, very low yields: 1 ton per acre for Mourvèdre, 2 tons per acre for Grenache and Syrah (with 2,100 vines per acre). Barrel-aged 14 months, 41% 1-year-old French oak, 29% new French oak, 18% in concrete tank, and 12% in amphora. No fining, no filtering. Drink: 15 +years.
