Then you will LOVE Big Pink. It’s all that it promises to be, and then some. Coming from the Man, the Myth, the Legend, the larger than life Dean Bordigioni, a name you know well by now from his rocket fuel Zins under the Annadel Estate’s “Team Vino” project, along with the majestic Bordigioni wines we seem to sell out every time one hits our site.

Made at Deerfield Ranch once again, if you needed only ONE rosé to tie the hot months ahead to next year, this is the one. An insane crowd pleaser in every sense.

The color alone is a stuff of legends shade of bright copper turning a wild salmon to the broad rim. The nose is pure perfume, with a berry base leaning more towards marionberries fresh in a basket of other mountain picks, including wildflowers and spearmint. Once sipped, you get why this would spark your engines, with a jolt of bright acidity, washing your senses down with cool watermelon and strawberries served with a twist of white pepper. The thundering finish lasts for as long as you want it to really, as the imagination wanders away with the bold aromas and flavors.

Wrap anything you can grill with bacon and let the sizzling fat be cut clean by this mouthful of pink bliss. If you like your friends and family, make sure you have enough chilled and ready to go as this is a bottle per person kinda beverage.
