The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. The wine was aged in older French oak barrels for 18 months, with only 15% being new oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of cinnamon, cloves, red berries. Silky yet textured, refined tannins; flavors of red berries, blood oranges, red cherries. Pair with roast pork or chicken; delicately spiced dishes.
