Our Estate Cabernet is a distinct reflection of our hillside, with hallmark flavors of red and black fruits, tobacco, and mint. The weather and growing season impart distinctive impressions of each vintage. The Estate Cabernet is approachable at release and evolves elegantly with extended cellaring.

“The 2015 Estate Cabernet is sourced from our Middle Block Vineyards, and demonstrates the natural balance point we struck in the 2015 vintage. In the glass the hue is a completely opaque dark purple with a garnet halo. Aromatic notes of macerated blackberries, nutmeg, lavender, and black tea emerge in concert. The mouthfeel and trajectory of this wine is very sleek, marked by palate notes of seductive black fruit, with a concentrated spice periphery.
